LF-YT03A All-in-One Solar Street Light
The LF-YT03A combines a monocrystalline panel, a 50 to 100 Ah LiFePO4 battery, a Ling-Yang controller and 120 to 300 high-efficiency LEDs in one integrated luminaire with a galvanised steel housing. The larger battery bank is what this series is built around — it keeps the light running through 5 to 7 consecutive grey days. No trenching, no cabling, no electricity bill.

LF-YT03A Series — Technical Specification
Four ratings share the same 195 mm platform. Battery capacity is what this series is built around — 50 Ah through 100 Ah. Pick the rating that matches your road width, mounting height and pole spacing, or send us the site conditions and we will recommend a configuration.

Five Core Advantages — and Why This Series Suits Long Grey Spells
These are the choices that decide whether a solar street light is still working properly in year five.
01 A 50 to 100 Ah battery bank
Battery capacity is what this series is built around. Across the four ratings it runs from 50 Ah to 100 Ah — the part that carries the luminaire through 5 to 7 consecutive days without sunlight, and the first thing a cheap solar light gets wrong.
02 Brand-new LiFePO4 cells, 3,000+ cycles
We use brand-new lithium iron phosphate cells rated for more than 3,000 charge cycles. We do not use second-hand or graded-down cells — the battery is the first thing that fails on a cheap solar light, so we do not compromise on it.
03 Monocrystalline solar panel
Monocrystalline silicon, with a photoelectric conversion efficiency above 23%. A monocrystalline panel generates more power from the same surface area than a polycrystalline panel, which matters when the panel is only as large as the housing itself.
04 120 to 300 LED chips, 160 LM/W at the luminaire
The 5054 SMD array runs from 120 chips on the 100 W rating up to 300 on the 250 W rating, giving a smooth, even spread of light rather than a few bright spots. The figure of 160 LM/W is measured at the complete luminaire, not at the bare chip.
05 Ling-Yang controller with PIR dimming
Controllers come from Ling-Yang Company (Beijing Ling-Yang Weiye), in either the PWM or the MPPT type. The PIR sensor recognises human activity and separates it from other interference, so the light triggers when someone is actually there — and when the road is empty it steps down to a low output, returning to full brightness on approach.
Light Where It Is Needed, Not In Your Neighbour’s Window
Where a street light puts its light is what decides whether it works for the road or annoys the neighbours. The LF-YT03A uses intelligent PIR induction control: the sensor recognises human activity and separates it from other interference, so it triggers accurately rather than on every passing shadow. When the road is empty the light steps down to a low output and returns to full brightness as someone approaches. Light-control switches it on at dusk, the timer sets the burn hours, and the battery is protected against deep discharge. We size the optics and the battery to your road width and your nightly burn hours, and every quotation comes with a DIALux simulation built on your own road geometry.

What Is Inside the Housing
LiFePO4 Battery Pack
New cells, 3,000+ cycles, housed inside the galvanised steel body so it stays within its working temperature range.

Monocrystalline Panel
Tempered low-iron glass, conversion efficiency above 23%.

Galvanised Steel Housing
A galvanised steel body with an anti-corrosion finish, 195 mm deep across all four ratings. Panel, battery and controller sit inside one sealed unit, so there is nothing extra to mount on the pole.

How Your Order Leaves the Factory
Each light is packed 1 piece per carton — 0.069 to 0.086 m³ per unit, 1 PCS/CTN. Before the container is sealed we photograph the finished goods, the packing and the container number, and send those photos to you — so you know exactly what was loaded.

Four Inspection Gates Before Anything Ships
Every order passes incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and pre-shipment inspection. Production progress is photographed at each stage and sent to you, and a quality report is issued before the goods leave. Third-party inspection is welcome.
IQC — Incoming
Solar panel output, battery capacity and internal resistance, controller function, LED chip and driver, housing casting quality.
IPQC — In-process
Housing preparation, LED module assembly, wiring polarity and earthing, seal integrity before closing.
FQC — Final
Full power-up, waterproof spray test, photometric measurement, ageing test, and a simulated solar charge/discharge cycle.
OQC — Pre-shipment
Sampling inspection against the order, accessory and document check, packing and container photos.

Where the LF-YT03A Is Used
Roads, Highways and Streets
Municipal roads, community access roads and rural highways where laying cable is expensive or impossible. Suitable for government-funded projects.
Rural and Residential Areas
Villages and residential compounds where there is no reliable grid connection. Installation takes minutes and needs no specialist electrician.
Industrial and Commercial Sites
Factory yards, warehouse perimeters, logistics parks and commercial streets. Cuts both cabling cost and ongoing electricity spend.
Parks, Squares and Car Parks
Public open spaces, parking areas and walking paths, where a clean look and zero cable trenching matter.
