All-in-One Solar Street Light

LF-YT04 All-in-One Solar Street Light

The LF-YT04 combines a monocrystalline panel, a 60 to 100 Ah LiFePO4 battery, a Ling-Yang controller and 150 to 300 high-efficiency LEDs in one integrated luminaire with a galvanised steel housing. It covers the 150 W to 300 W range — the higher end of our solar line — with the same 5 to 7 day rainy-day backup. No trenching, no cabling, no electricity bill.

Why LF-YT04

Five Core Advantages — and Why This Series Suits Long Grey Spells

These are the choices that decide whether a solar street light is still working properly in year five.

01 A 60 to 100 Ah battery bank

Battery capacity is what this series is built around. Across the three ratings it runs from 60 Ah to 100 Ah — the part that carries the luminaire through 5 to 7 consecutive days without sunlight, and the first thing a cheap solar light gets wrong.

02 Brand-new LiFePO4 cells, 3,000+ cycles

We use brand-new lithium iron phosphate cells rated for more than 3,000 charge cycles. We do not use second-hand or graded-down cells — the battery is the first thing that fails on a cheap solar light, so we do not compromise on it.

03 Monocrystalline solar panel

Monocrystalline silicon, with a photoelectric conversion efficiency above 23%. A monocrystalline panel generates more power from the same surface area than a polycrystalline panel, which matters when the panel is only as large as the housing itself.

04 150 to 300 LED chips, 160 LM/W at the luminaire

The 5054 SMD array runs from 150 chips on the 150 W rating up to 300 on the 300 W rating, giving a smooth, even spread of light rather than a few bright spots. The figure of 160 LM/W is measured at the complete luminaire, not at the bare chip.

05 Ling-Yang controller with PIR dimming

Controllers come from Ling-Yang Company (Beijing Ling-Yang Weiye), in either the PWM or the MPPT type. The PIR sensor recognises human activity and separates it from other interference, so the light triggers when someone is actually there — and when the road is empty it steps down to a low output, returning to full brightness on approach.

Optical Design

Light Where It Is Needed, Not In Your Neighbour’s Window

Where a street light puts its light is what decides whether it works for the road or annoys the neighbours. The LF-YT04 uses intelligent PIR induction control: the sensor recognises human activity and separates it from other interference, so it triggers accurately rather than on every passing shadow. When the road is empty the light steps down to a low output and returns to full brightness as someone approaches. Light-control switches it on at dusk, the timer sets the burn hours, and the battery is protected against deep discharge. We size the optics and the battery to your road width and your nightly burn hours, and every quotation comes with a DIALux simulation built on your own road geometry.

What Is Inside the Housing

LiFePO4 Battery Pack

New cells, 3,000+ cycles, housed inside the galvanised steel body so it stays within its working temperature range.

The battery sits inside the galvanised steel body, not in a separate box on the pole.

Monocrystalline Panel

Tempered low-iron glass, conversion efficiency above 23%.

Charges even in low-light conditions, delivering green energy saving and removing the need for a grid connection.

Galvanised Steel Housing

A galvanised steel body with an anti-corrosion finish, 280 mm deep across the three ratings. Panel, battery and controller sit inside one sealed unit, so there is nothing extra to mount on the pole.

Rated IP65 against dust and water, so wind, rain and sandstorms stay outside — built for long-term use outdoors.

Packing & Shipping

How Your Order Leaves the Factory

Each light is packed 1 piece per carton — 0.067 to 0.084 m³ per unit, 1 PCS/CTN. Before the container is sealed we photograph the finished goods, the packing and the container number, and send those photos to you — so you know exactly what was loaded.

Quality Control

Four Inspection Gates Before Anything Ships

Every order passes incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and pre-shipment inspection. Production progress is photographed at each stage and sent to you, and a quality report is issued before the goods leave. Third-party inspection is welcome.

IQC — Incoming

Solar panel output, battery capacity and internal resistance, controller function, LED chip and driver, housing casting quality.

IPQC — In-process

Housing preparation, LED module assembly, wiring polarity and earthing, seal integrity before closing.

FQC — Final

Full power-up, waterproof spray test, photometric measurement, ageing test, and a simulated solar charge/discharge cycle.

OQC — Pre-shipment

Sampling inspection against the order, accessory and document check, packing and container photos.

Applications

Where the LF-YT04 Is Used

Roads, Highways and Streets

Municipal roads, community access roads and rural highways where laying cable is expensive or impossible. Suitable for government-funded projects.

Rural and Residential Areas

Villages and residential compounds where there is no reliable grid connection. Installation takes minutes and needs no specialist electrician.

Industrial and Commercial Sites

Factory yards, warehouse perimeters, logistics parks and commercial streets. Cuts both cabling cost and ongoing electricity spend.

Parks, Squares and Car Parks

Public open spaces, parking areas and walking paths, where a clean look and zero cable trenching matter.

Questions

LF-YT04 Frequently Asked Questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
50 sets for solar street lights. Trial orders below that can be discussed — send us your requirement and we will tell you honestly what we can do.
What is the lead time?
20 days for a standard order, or 15 days on an urgent basis. Samples are ready in 3 days; the sample cost is fully deductible from your first bulk order.
Which LF-YT04 model suits which road?
As a starting point: the 150 W is recommended at a 5–7 m mounting height, the 200 W at 6–8 m, and the 300 W at 7–9 m. All three use the same 280 mm housing; the 150 W and 200 W take a φ60 mm pole, the 300 W a φ76 mm pole. Send us your road width, pole spacing and nightly burn hours and we will confirm the configuration rather than guess.
Why does this series carry a larger battery?
Battery capacity runs from 60 Ah to 100 Ah across the three ratings. That extra capacity is what buys the 5 to 7 day rainy-day backup, and it matters most where the light has to run a full night, every night, through a grey season.
How many consecutive rainy days can it run?
The LF-YT04 is designed for 5–7 consecutive days without sunlight on a night-long lighting profile. If your site has a longer monsoon season, tell us and we will size the battery and panel for it.
Does it dim when the road is empty?
Yes. The LF-YT04 has PIR motion sensing with dimming. The sensor recognises human activity and separates it from other interference, so it triggers on people rather than on every passing shadow. On an empty carriageway the light runs at a reduced output and returns to full brightness as someone approaches — which cuts energy use without leaving the road dark. You can specify the dimming profile, or ask us for a constant-output build.
Can I specify the voltage, controller or colour temperature?
Yes. The system voltage can be built at 3.2 V, 12.8 V or 25.6 V. The controller is a Ling-Yang Company (Beijing Ling-Yang Weiye) unit in PWM or MPPT type, with PIR motion sensing and dimming. Colour temperature is 6500 K as standard with 3500–6500 K available on request, and the housing colour is configurable.
What warranty do you offer, and what does it cover?
2 years standard on the complete luminaire. 3, 5 and 7-year warranty schemes are available depending on the model and order quantity. Design life is 8 to 10 years. Tell us the warranty term your tender requires and we will quote accordingly.
